  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and Merchandise Processing Fees (MPF) levied by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Lustra Fine Jewels Ltd. is not responsible for these fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  1. Check tracking information

  2. Wait 24-48 hours after "delivered" status

  3. Check with neighbors, building management, household members

  4. Contact carrier directly

  5. Contact us if not resolved - we'll investigate

Stolen Packages (Porch Piracy):

  • Lustra Fine Jewels Ltd. is not liable for packages stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to your address. We strongly recommend using a secure shipping address or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Lost In Transit:ย 

  • If the carrier confirms the package was lost before delivery, we will file a claim and replace your order.

Damaged Packages:

  1. Inspect package upon delivery

  2. Take photos of damaged packaging

  3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos

  4. Weโ€™ll investigate and decide

  5. We'll arrange replacement or refund upon return order
