How to Track Your Order

Method 1: Tracking Email

After your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • Carrier information (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Direct link to tracking page

Click the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates.

Method 2: Your Account

  1. Log into your Lustra Fine Jewels Ltd. account

  2. Go to "My Orders" or "Order History"

  3. Find your order

  4. Click "Track Order"

  5. View tracking details and delivery status

Method 3: Carrier Website

Visit the carrier's website directly:

Canada Post: www.canadapost.ca/track
FedEx: www.fedex.com/tracking
UPS: www.ups.com/track
Purolator: www.purolator.com/track
USPS: www.usps.com/track
DHL: www.dhl.com/track

Enter your tracking number to see updates.

Method 4: Contact Us

Don't have your tracking number?

  • Email us at order@lustrafinejewels.com with your order number

  • We'll look it up for you!

Tracking Not Updating?

Why tracking might not update:

Recently Shipped (Within 24-48 Hours):

  • Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to activate

  • Carrier may not have scanned package yet

  • Be patient - it will update soon!

Package In Transit:

  • Packages may not be scanned at every stop

  • Updates occur at major checkpoints

  • Long periods without updates can be normal (especially international)

Weekend or Holiday:

  • Most carriers don't process on weekends/holidays

  • Tracking won't update until next business day

International Orders:

  • May show "In Transit" for extended periods

  • Tracking may stop at border until customs clearance

  • International tracking can be less detailed

What to Do:

  • Wait 48 hours after ship date for tracking to activate

  • If no updates after 5-7 days, contact us

  • We'll investigate with the carrier

Remember: Add 1-3 business days processing time to all estimates!

Package Says Delivered but You Didn't Receive It?

Don't Panic! Try These Steps:

  1. Wait 24-48 Hours

    • Sometimes marked "delivered" prematurely

    • May actually arrive within a day

  2. Check Everywhere

    • All entrances (front, back, side doors)

    • Mailbox, parcel locker

    • Behind bushes, under mat

    • Inside screen door

  3. Ask Around

    • Neighbors (package delivered to wrong house)

    • Household members (someone else received it)

    • Building manager or concierge

    • Front desk (apartments/condos)

  4. Check Delivery Details

    • Tracking may show where package was left

    • May include photo of delivery location

  5. Contact Carrier

    • Call carrier's customer service

    • Ask for delivery details

    • File claim if necessary

  6. Contact Us

    • Email order@lustrafinejewels.com

    • We'll investigate and help resolve

    • May file claim with carrier on your behalf

Tracking International Orders

International tracking works differently:

  • May show "Departed origin country" for days

  • Tracking goes dark during international transit

  • Updates resume when entering destination country

  • Must clear customs (can take days)

  • Customs delays are normal and beyond our control

Customs Clearance:

  • Package held by customs for inspection

  • You may receive notice to pay duties/taxes

  • Must be paid before delivery

  • Contact your country's customs office for questions

Delivery Issues

No One Home for Signature Required Delivery:

  • Carrier leaves delivery notice

  • Package held at local post office or depot

  • Follow instructions on notice to retrieve or reschedule

Wrong Address:

  • Contact us immediately if you provided wrong address

  • We can attempt to change delivery address (if not shipped)

  • After shipment, carrier may charge address correction fee

Damaged Package:

  • Note damage with carrier before accepting

  • Take photos of packaging and contents

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos

  • We'll arrange replacement or refund

Multiple Items in One Order

Do all items have the same tracking number?

Usually yes - all items ship together with one tracking number.

Sometimes items ship separately if:

  • Coming from different warehouses

  • One item is back-ordered

  • Size constraints require multiple packages

You'll receive separate tracking emails for each package.
