  • Our jewelry is made with genuine 925 sterling silver (as listed).

  • Product photos are for reference; minor variations may occur.

  • Availability and quantities may be limited or changed without notice.

3) Pricing & Payments

  • Prices can change anytime; the price at checkout applies once your order is accepted.

  • Taxes are calculated at checkout (Canada GST/HST/PST; US sales tax where required).

  • Payments are securely processed (PCI-DSS compliant).

4) Orders & Cancellations

  • An order confirmation email is not final acceptance.

  • Orders are accepted when shipped.

  • If you need to cancel, contact us immediately before shipment.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to Canada & the United States.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout (free shipping may apply on eligible orders).

  • You are responsible for providing the correct address.

  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

6) Returns & Refunds

  • 21-day return window from delivery (unused, unworn, original packaging).

  • Non-returnable: earrings (hygiene), personalized items, final sale items.

  • Return requires approval and an RA number before sending items back.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (typically 5–10 business days).

  • Return shipping is deducted unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

7) Warranty

  • 6-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Does not cover wear & tear, tarnishing, misuse, accidents, or third-party repairs.

8) Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and designs belong to Lustra Fine Jewels Ltd. and may not be reused without permission.

9) Prohibited Use

Fraud, abuse, misuse of our services, or violation of laws may lead to cancellation or account restriction.

10) Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

11) Disputes & Governing Law

  • Canada: governed by Nova Scotia, Canada, disputes handled in Halifax courts.

  • USA: disputes handled by binding arbitrationz arbitration (AAA) where applicable; no class actions where permitted.

12) Privacy & Data (Canada + USA)

We collect only necessary information (name, email, shipping address) to fulfill orders and improve service.
We do not sell your personal data.
We comply with PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, and applicable US rules.
