21-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 21 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 21 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • In original, pristine condition

  • With all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

  • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

Lustra Fine Jewels Ltd. reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Rejected items will be returned to the customer at their expense.


How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email Us

Send an email to:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the order

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)


Step 2: Return Authorization (RA)

Within 1–2 business days, we will email you:

  • Your Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • The expected refund amount (including any shipping deductions, if applicable)

  • Clear next-step instructions


Step 3: Pack & Ship

Packaging Guidelines

Best Option: Reuse our original packaging

  • Ensures the lowest return shipping cost

  • Correct size for jewelry items

Alternative:

  • Small bubble mailer or poly bag (approx. 6″ × 9″)

  • Avoid oversized boxes

Secure Your Return

  • Keep original tags attached

  • Include invoice/packing slip

  • Place RA number inside the package

  • Seal securely and remove old labels

Ship the Package

  • Attach the prepaid shipping label

  • Drop off at the carrier listed on the label

  • No payment required

  • Retain your tracking receipt


Return Shipping Costs

If the Return Is Due to Our Error

  • Defective or damaged item

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Item not as described

Return shipping is completely FREE

If the Return Is Due to Change of Mind

  • Ordered wrong size/style

  • No longer needed

➡️ Actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
➡️ Original shipping charges are non-refundable

The exact deduction amount will be shared in your RA email before shipping.

Our Error

  • Full product price

  • Original shipping fee

  • Return shipping (no deductions)

Customer Preference

  • Product price minus return shipping cost

  • Original shipping is not refunded


Free Gifts

If your order included a free promotional gift, it must be returned along with the main item.
If not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order for your preferred item

This ensures faster delivery and greater flexibility.


International Returns

  • Standard return process applies

  • Customs documentation may be required

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable

Please contact your local customs authority for duty refunds.


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale / Clearance / Non-Returnable cannot be returned unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item was damaged in transit


Return Status Updates

You may contact us at returns@lustrafinejewels.com with your RA number.

We will notify you at each stage:

  • Return request received

  • Return shipped

  • Return received

  • Inspection completed

  • Refund processed


Lost Return Packages

If a return is lost in transit:

  • Provide valid tracking proof

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue

We strongly recommend keeping tracking receipts.


Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee for single-item returns in original condition

  • Bulk returns (3 or more different items) may incur a 5% restocking fee

  • Missing original packaging may result in a deduction


Warranty vs. Return Policy

  • Return Policy: 21 days from delivery

  • Warranty: 6 months for manufacturing defects
